THE BRIDGE HOME > I don't want theory I want bottom line results
I don't want theory I want bottom line results. How do I ensure a programme of change from THE BRIDGE will deliver results that are of relevance and significant before embarking?
A Diagnostic Analysis is carried out in the relevant areas of the your organisation.
The Diagnostic Analysis follows a prescribed series of steps to ensure
- There is a direct benefit for you in carrying out the Diagnostic Analysis itself.
- Any programme resulting from a diagnostic will be decided on the basis of a factual business case rather than spin.
- You control the programme resulting from the diagnostic analysis.

What needs to change in order to get improvement?
Change in performance will only occur if people within an organisation change what they are doing. If people continue working in the same way, results will remain the same.
In order to achieve improved results, THE BRIDGE makes improvement to all inputs of organisational behaviour.

The Diagnostic Analysis approach employed by THE BRIDGE:
- A detailed understanding is gained of your business, or departmental objectives.
- The current performance level is identified in an accurate and objective manner.
- Current improvement initiatives are identified and the benefits that these will bring are quantified.
- We identify the additional benefit that can be achieved over and above the current initiatives.
- Understanding of the gaps between actual and targeted performance is established through Gap Analysis.
- Gap analysis is further carried out to understand (and thus overcome) factors prohibiting success of current and further improvement programmes.
- An implementation road map is established to identify those changes you can (and should) make independently, together with a proposal for those changes that can most reasonably be delivered by THE BRIDGE.
- Quantify how great the benefit of the programmes to be delivered by THE BRIDGE will be to you (expressed in financial terms).
- Establish and agree the mechanisms you will use to measure the performance of the programme on a weekly basis.
- Establish the timeframe and resource required to deliver the quantified benefit.
- Establish the cost of the programme.
- Establish and agree the fee structure.
- Agree the team to be assigned to the programme has relevant experience.
In summary
You know what results you will get from a programme before you start, you are aware of how the result will be achieved, and you are provided with a mechanism to control the performance of the programme on an ongoing weekly basis.
Our fees are always structured in such a way that the decision to proceed with a programme is a calculated logical financial decision.
The typical return we achieve is 10:1 in terms of shareholder value.
